I’ve been told once [or a hundred] times I’m [slightly] dramatic. But when I’m packing my suitcase, eating a boiled egg, and trying to blog just deal with me if I bust out a cabaret song and jazz hands. Because really, I find that singing show tunes solves virtually all problems. Except maybe world hunger and cancer. But I digress.

Packing for trips always reminds me that I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR! I’m living out the dilemma of every woman in America. Seriously, I have a pile of clothes on my floor all yelling at me, “I‘m too big,” “I’m too small,” or “I’m too heinous to be seen in public.”

I’m hoping the wonderful folks at Renovate will find grace in understanding why this LA girl has decided to wear jeans in 97 degree weather. I’ll pawn it off as modesty, but the truth is I haven’t worn shorts since 1987. Seriously.

Renovate at the El Rey Theater

If you’re in New Mexico and live near Albuquerque or Gallup, come by Renovate at the El Rey Theater tonight at 7:00PM. I’ll also be speaking in Gallup on Saturday at a purity conference and Calvary Albuquerque on Saturday night for their youth service. I’d love to meet you, take a picture, or sing show tunes together.

I’ll be the one in jeans, singing Guys & Dolls, and carrying a suitcase full of nothing to wear 😉

*Note: Please pray for me. Specifically, pray the Lord give me the words He wants me to say. It’s an honor to speak into the lives of the next generation—I want something of substance to pass along. I plead for your prayers!
