I was deeply moved by some of the comments and I greatly appreciate your love, prayers, and support.

- Three times. I’ve entered three times into Next Level Trainers‘ Biggest Loser challenge. Ironically, I’ve come in second place every time Joe has rallied his crew to compete. But last week, after much blood, sweat, and tears [literally], I won! Yes, I came in first place with a total loss of 2% body fat and seven pounds 🙂 Joe is the type of trainer who believes in people who don’t believe in themselves. I’m so grateful he’s dedicated his time and energy into helping people achieve their goals.
