Growing up, I was filled with ordinary dreams and aspirations. But it wasn’t until I fully followed Jesus that my ordinary became EXTRAordinary.
This week’s devotional derived from Luke 5:4 called, Fishers of Men, shows us how Jesus challenged Peter and Andrew to go from being ordinary fishermen to extraordinary fishers of men.
So as you go out this week, ask yourself — Do you want to continue walking in your own path and be ordinary? Or follow Jesus and become extraordinary? The choice is yours.
Enjoy!
Thanks B’ for this encouraging word. Truly most times we are so afraid of lunching into deep, but if only we could blind our eyes and focus solely on Master Jesus.
WOOHOO! Amen.
Such a great word! So ready for the extraordinary!!
Amen. Get you get it, girl.
Hi, Bianca! Love your teachings. We need to realize the cost if following Jesus. I am confused with the reference you gave at the end for extra credit. Can you please give it to me again?
Thanks!
I love this!! At an age where so many of my friends are transitioning to “empty nesters” I feel a sense of “what now?” among them. I KNOW our God wants our hearts open and our trust with Him as we seek new opportunities and ways to serve. We were meant to be extraordinary!!
Thank you! This is just what I needed in the season that I’m in. God has opened doors fo me recently and I was uncertain of what to do ❤️
Yes, to take Christ at His word and do something Extraordinary! Thank you for this timely word. I plan to share it in my ladies in ministry. Blessings!
Love it. Keep up the good work!
