Oh it’s that time of the year again! Yes, the time when amazing leaders, teachers, and entrepreneurs gather in sunny Southern California for three days of amazingness. I’ve blogged about Catalyst before, but I every year there’s new elements that make Catalyst a true catalyst for next-gen leaders.
If you’re in the SoCal area [or not], I encourage you to join the party. The fine folks over at Catalyst say this gathering is in LA, but y’all, I’m gonna tell you the TRUTH! This is in Orange County, California and the nearest airport is John Wayne Airport, not LAX. You’re welcome. 😉
But in all seriousness, I’ve grown to love and admire Brad and the entire Catalyst team beyond words. They believe in people. They believe in leadership. They believe in you. So come rock the party April 18-20 and converge with 3,500 young leaders for high-octane speakers, powerful worship, innovative programming, and an experience unlike any other.
Hear from leadership authorities including Andy Stanley, Marcus Buckingham, David Platt, Erwin McManus and Craig Groeschel, along with several innovative thinkers and practitioners like skateboarding legend Tony Hawk, design expert Nancy Duarte, best-selling author Donald Miller, author and adventurer Bob Goff, and Stuff Christians Like Jon Acuff.
Plus, Catalyst Labs will feature innovative thought leaders like Michael Hyatt, Mark Batterson, Britt Merrick, David Kinnaman, Ryan Meeks, Lysa TerKeurst, Charles Lee, Rick McKinley, and others.* At the expense of sounding like an infomercial, I will tell you that there are only 250 tickets left so if I were you I’d jump on this bad-boy before it sells out.
And if that info didn’t sell you on it yet, come down and lunch will be on me. No seriously, we’re sponsoring a lunch for leaders on Friday, April 20 on-site if you’re invited. Best part: IT’S FREE. Booyah! So grab your friends and come spend 60 minutes around tables with leaders who want to impact their world and make a change for the better. Don’t feel intimated! I’ll be there so you already know one person. 😉
Hope to see you there!
*Others would include myself, but putting my name next to theirs is a wee bit ridiculous.
I love Catalyst West! I wish I could be there, but I’m a teacher, and it falls during our state testing week. Not a great time to take a couple of days off… =(
And why shouldn’t you put your name on the list? You’re doing great things, too… =)
Have a great time at Cat West!
Thanks, TJ! Wish you could be there so we could meet. Next year for sure!
Bianca,
Will get to see you there!!!!! So excited, my wonderful boss invited me. Haven’t been before but am anticipating great things!
Shout out from your girls at HDC!
WOOHOO! And you’re MORE than welcome to come to the lunch. Tell Melanie too 😉 XO
catalyst west is one of my favorite things in the WORLD!!!!! 🙂 200000% worth every penny and every moment.
so how exactly would one get herself invited to have lunch with you and all of the rest of the amazing leaders here? 🙂
Hey Rachel! I am working on the logistics now and will post an update here, on FB, on Twitter, and Catalyst will mention it too! There are only 100 spaces available, so make sure on jump on this junk asap! More info to come…
Is there anyway to watch via the web if you are from the Midwest?
Hey Christine!
I will be hosting Catalyst Backstage with live interviews and a couple sessions live, but the event usually isn’t live online 🙁 I’ll be posting links to the site on here before the conference 😉
I would love to go! It sounds so interesting. I went to the website you posted and signed up but it’s a little too much for me right now. So, I wish you the best and I know you will touch many lives as you have touched mine!
I have to go. HAVE TO! But are there scholarships available or funding help by chance?
You HAVE to go! I’m not sure about funding or scholarships, but I know they have student rate. Call them! They are rad.
